How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75, while a flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders below that threshold.
What is your return policy for bags and accessories?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are BAGSMART products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all BAGSMART products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay installments.
How can I track my order after it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your order status directly through your BAGSMART account dashboard.
Are your materials sustainable and eco-friendly?
